We have a choice of five parks offering holiday home ownership, some with stock and plots available right now! Make sure you choose a location that you’re going to want to return to again and again.

STEP 2: Understand the costs involved

Make sure you are fully aware of the costs associated with holiday home ownership. On top of the buying price, you need to consider the annual site fees, and utilities such as electric and gas.

STEP 3: Choose the right home

It’s important to consider what you need from your holiday home – what layout will work best for you? How many bedrooms do you need? Do you want a large decking for outdoor living?

STEP 4: Choose your plot

Some of our holiday homes offer the chance to pick your plot within the park – do you want to be closer to the facilities? Do you want a quiet, secluded position? What view do you want to wake up to?
