How long is the season?
All our parks offer a 12 month season meaning you can use your holiday home all year round and visit as many times as you wish. You cannot stay in your holiday home permanently however, and no post can be delivered there.
Can I live in the holiday home?
No, a holiday home is purely for holidays and not for permanent residency.
Do you offer finance?
We can put you in touch with finance providers who can offer advice to you.
How long is the licence?
All of our parks have between a 20 - 40 year licence dependent on the holiday home you choose to purchase. Please ask when enquiring.
Does the holiday home come with a warranty?
All new holiday homes come with a manufacturers warranty.
How much are the annual site fees?
These vary by park and are stated below for the 2025 season:
Aviemore Holiday Park - £3528.48 per annum
Boat of Garten - £2919.80 per annum
Grantown-on-Spey - £4301.64 per annum
Pitgrudy Holiday Park - £2604.00 per annum
Tullibardine Luxury Lodges - £3980.00 per annum

What costs are involved?
You need to consider the following running costs when you purchase a holiday home; gas, electric, ground rent, site fees.
Can friends and family stay in the holiday home?
Yes of course, we want as many people as possible to enjoy our parks and the beautiful areas. You are welcome to have friends and family stay in your holiday home and all that we ask is that they follow the park rules. We also allow subletting of holiday homes - please ask when enquiring.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, all our parks are dog friendly but we do ask that they are kept on leads around the main parks.
Can I choose my plot?
Yes, if we have plots available - please ask when enquiring
Can I sublet my holiday home?
Yes, we offer subletting on holiday homes with no commission taken.
What happens when I want to sell my holiday home?
Please speak to the park manager if you decide you no longer want your holiday home and we can discuss how we can help you.
